In 2008, a consulting firm said it couldn't be done. Finally, in 2019, we did it. Learn how a mid-size domestic violence agency navigated the process of designing and building a new construction shelter, how they incorporated safe and trauma-informed design aspects, and how they paid for it! This session is for any agency that is tired of working in a cramped, aging, or non-accessible shelter. It can be done!
