Introduction to the Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center (SPARC)
SPARC is a federally funded project providing education and resources about the crime of stalking. As a comprehensive national resource center, SPARC assists multidisciplinary professionals with information, resources, and policy and protocol development through local, regional, statewide, and national trainings and technical assistance.
