CVLN: Common Forms of Immigration Relief Available to Crime Victims
Immigrant victims of crime are one of the most underserved groups among the immigrant communities. However, there are many different avenues of immigration relief available to immigrant victims of crimes to help them obtain legal status in the United States. This webinar will cover the following forms of relief available to victims of crimes:
• Violence of Women Act ("VAWA")
• U and T visas
• Spousal waivers
• Asylum
• Special Immigrant Juvenile Status
