BWJP/NCPOFFC Critical Issues Forum: U.S. v. Rahimi
The National Center on Protection Orders and Full Faith and Credit will be hosting a special critical issues forum focused on the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in U.S. v. Rahimi. This forum is designed for attorneys and advocates who may have questions about how the decision impacts their jurisdictions and their work. We are honored to have adjunct professor and former National Domestic Violence Coordinator for the United States Department of Justice, Margaret Groban, join us for an open, unrecorded conversation about the decision. She will answer questions and facilitate a dialogue in a safe space with allied professionals.
Although it is encouraged that participants attend the August 28 webinar to gain a foundational understanding of Rahimi's decision, those who were unable to join that webinar are still welcome to bring any questions they may have.
We strive to ensure our webinars are accessible to all participants. If you need accommodations, we appreciate two weeks' notice to ensure we can meet your request. For any questions regarding the accessibility of our content, please email shur@bwjp.org.
